2003-08-11 - 9:30 a.m.

everyone drives to work here, no one walks blocks or takes public transportation. so myself, like every other monday numbed commuter drove their twenty minutes to the hell we call work. but on my way to work i saw three people, professional, sporting brief cases, side-parted-hair-to-cover-the-balding people, using their feet to push the cross-walk buttons. it was so weird. and one guy didnt even have anything in his hands that would keep him from using his finger to push the god damn button.

who the fuck are these people.

where are they walking?

and are their lower extremeties not feeling as loved?

or should we be installing foot buttons for these people? because i dont want to see another fifty-eight CEO karate kicking the pedestrian sign.
