we spent our fourth in a crowded amusement park with sticky kids and whiny toddlers. we also noticed that at least eighty percent of people there were overweight. and they seemed to be proud of it as they shoveled dippin' dots (the ice cream of the future) into their mouths, and ate yet another microwaved hot dog.

i hope yours was something to write home about.
