2003-06-10 - 9:17 a.m.

i woke with warm air grazing my cheeks and the sound of blinds gently tapping against the window frame, and for once i didnt seek out the negative of this. light flooded the room and there was life. no piercing thoughts. no agitated movements. just a calm lul. commuting cars sounds like ocean waves. the construction workers were singing my song, and the pressure washer someone was using sounded like trickles of rain.

until i tripped over the bed sheet and fell to my knees...but even that was okay.

i love how the sun intoxicates me.
