tonight, i embark on the joyous voyage of hitting up the local stop and shop, to fill up the deprived cabinets and anerexic refridgerator. only problem is about ten minutes ago i decided to pick up the magazine SHAPE out of the racl of magazines, which are like cosmo and alternative press. in there hiding was this one. and they are like health nazis. i am going to feel so guilty picking up those awesome potatoe skins, and like sour cream...and ugh...its hard to even say it...anything i like to deep fry.

i hate health magazines. ill walk up and down the isles impulse shopping, normally, and buy whatever looks like it lives up to my junk food standard. cool ranch doritos, white chocolate covered oreos, lots of butter, and ice cream..o dear. but tonight, i have to hit up the produce section. i normally wiz through there, telling myself that once the summer fruits come out, i will spend more time in those isles.

i feel so guilty. i dont eat right, but man they dont have to rub it in my face.

we'll see what happens, if i ever make it out alive.
